Preparing your artwork
Each artwork is inspected and documented before dispatch. Packaging is selected for the work’s dimensions, materials and framing status.
Delivery availability and timing
Available destinations and delivery methods are presented during checkout. Estimated transit time begins after dispatch and can be affected by customs processing, local restrictions and carrier delays.
Shipping charges
The applicable delivery charge is shown before an online order is submitted. If a suitable method is not available for the destination, contact the studio for assistance before purchasing.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or clearance fees charged by the destination. Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Tracking and transit damage
Tracking details are provided after dispatch when supported by the carrier. Photograph visible packaging damage before opening and report artwork damage promptly. Keep the artwork and all packaging while the studio and carrier assess the next step.
Delivery details
Provide a complete address and a reachable telephone number when required by the carrier. Changes requested after dispatch may not be possible.
