Website use
You may use the website for lawful browsing, inquiries and purchases. Attempts to interfere with security, misuse accounts or checkout, or reproduce protected content are prohibited.
Artwork information
Reasonable care is taken to describe each artwork accurately. Screen color, scale and texture can differ from viewing the physical work. Product records state the available dimensions, medium, framing and condition information.
Orders and payment
Submitting checkout information is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment and availability are confirmed and an acceptance or dispatch notice is issued. Available currency, taxes and payment methods are shown during checkout.
Availability and errors
Original works are unique. If an artwork is unavailable, incorrectly priced or materially misdescribed, the studio may contact the buyer and cancel or refund the affected order as permitted by applicable law.
Delivery and returns
The published Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies form part of these terms. Customs charges and destination restrictions may apply to international orders.
Intellectual property
Website content and artwork images are protected by intellectual-property law. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or circumstances outside reasonable control.
