Purchasing a physical artwork transfers ownership of that object. Copyright and reproduction rights remain separate.
Copyright ownership
Unless expressly transferred in a signed agreement, copyright in every artwork and image remains with Linfeng. Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright.
Personal display
A collector may display a purchased artwork for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Personal photographs must not be used commercially or presented in a way that misrepresents the artwork or artist.
Restricted uses
Artwork and website images may not be reproduced, printed, published, sold, licensed, altered, used on merchandise, used in advertising or supplied for artificial-intelligence training without prior written permission.
Press, galleries and publications
Editorial, gallery and publication requests should contact the studio for approved files, captions, credit lines and usage terms.
Reporting misuse
Suspected unauthorized use may be reported through the Contact page with the relevant URL, publication or supporting material.
